I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a great location. Close to Union Square, it was easy to explore the city and enjoy the various eateries and shopping options nearby. The cleanliness of the hotel, including the spacious room with comfortable beds, was impressive. The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the hotel provided convenient access to parking, with the option to park across the street at a lower cost. The staff delivered exceptional customer service, adding to the overall positive experience.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a spacious room and a fantastic outdoor jacuzzi to relax in. The staff were very pleasant and well-informed, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the location was perfect for sightseeing and exploring the city, with restaurants and shops all around.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at the front desk was incredibly helpful and upgraded me to a Jr. Suite, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was spacious and clean, and I particularly enjoyed the stunning view from my room. The location of the hotel was perfect, with shops, restaurants, and a convenience store just a short walk away. The hotel was also close to the cable car and bart stations, making it convenient to explore the city. The cleaning crew did an excellent job of tidying up after my two kids, and I appreciated the daily towel replacement. I was very impressed with the cleanliness, facilities, and friendly staff at this hotel.
